Admission:

Entrance Exams are held each year in March/April. Admissions are strictly as per merit list. Use of influence for admission will be treated as a disqualification. Admission schedule is attached separately. Candidates are admitted provisionally. In case full fees are not paid within 7 days by any of the provisionally admitted candidates, the seat is forfeited and the admission is offered to students on the waiting list.

According to the instructions given in the notice, submit the filled application form attached in the brochure to the school office assistant along with all the certificates.

Note: Incomplete forms or forms without requisite attachments will be rejected.

Our Enrollment Priority: 

  1. Children of teaching and non-teaching (academic/non-teaching) employees working in the school.
  2. Children of employees and officers working in the Air Force, Army and Navy.
  3. Children of S.C. and S.T. 
    Children of a father with two daughters. 
  4. Children without parents (whose parents are not alive.) 

Admission Policy:

The Policy The school has an open-admission policy and has no preference or reservation for any community, caste, creed, class, religion or region.
The selection is done solely on the basis of merit.

Age Limit:
Children seeking admission into Class I and Class IX must conform to the age limit stipulations given below:

  1. To enroll in the NURSERY to KG, the student must be 3 to 5 years old on 31 March.
  2. It is compulsory for a student enrolled in class ONE to be between 5 to 6 years old on 31st March of that session. There is a relaxation of two years for physically challenged children. Any age relaxation can be done with the approval of the Chairman, School Management Committee.
  3. It is compulsory for a student who is enrolled in class NINE to be between 13 to 15 on March 31 of that session.
  4. In case of admission on the basis of Transfer Certificate issued from the other schools, the date of birth recorded in the T.C. shall be accepted. Request for any change in date of birth at a later date is not entertained.

Admission Procedure:

Admission of new students for Class IX are made every year on the basis of oral andwritten tests in the beginning of the academic session. The admission procedure, in detail, is as follows
Application forms along with prospectus (and entrance test syllabus for class IX only) may be obtained from school office personally.
The application form along with the profile card and identity card duly filled in should reach school office before March 1st. Affix Rs.5 stamp on the identity card. The tests are generally held in the second week of May. For class IX, the written test will be on General English and on other subjects chosen by the students. The provisional admission to qualified students in the test is subject to the performance in the oral test.
The right to call an applicant for test/interview is reserved. It rests completely with the consideration of the school authorities.
All newly admitted students shall be on probation for a period of one year during which he/she can be asked to leave, if found unsuitable for the school. The decision of the school in this matter shall be final.
Before a pupil can be enrolled, the enrolment form and other necessary papers must be completed by the parents or guardian.
Students can be removed from the school roll by the school authorities on any one of the following-grounds:-
a). Consistent academic weakness.
b). Indiscipline.
c). Over age (students who exceed the age limit for All India Senior School Certificate Examination).
