Step-by-Step Admission Procedure

Admission to Shanti Niketan Shikshan Sansthan is granted based on merit, availability of seats, and fulfillment of eligibility criteria. The standard process is as follows:

Registration

Obtain the Prospectus and Registration Form from the school office or download it online. Submit the duly filled form along with the required preliminary documents.

Entrance Test & Evaluation

Registered candidates will be called for an Entrance Test. After the entrance test, a subsequent examination/interaction session is conducted to evaluate the student's aptitude and foundational knowledge.

Document Verification & Fee Payment

Shortlisted candidates must submit the original documents for verification. Admission is confirmed only after the payment of the admission fee within the stipulated time.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

Please ensure all the following documents are arranged in order before submission to the admission cell.

4 Passport Size Photos of the candidate
2 Passport Size Photos of parents (each)
Transfer Certificate (T.C) in original
Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Corp.)

Report Card / Marksheet of the previous class
PEN Number (Permanent Education Number) - If any
APAAR ID - If generated
Aadhar Card copy of student and parents

Age Criteria (NEP 2020)

Age calculation as on 31st March of the academic session.
