All admissions are provisional and subject to the verification of documents and management approval. The School Authority has the absolute power to cancel an admission at any time for misbehavior, lack of attendance, or failure to comply with school rules, without any obligation to provide a refund.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to submit all authentic documents. Failure to do so will result in the immediate cancellation of the student's enrollment without prior notice.
The school is authorized to use student photographs/videos for promotional and advertising purposes across all platforms without obtaining specific permission for each use.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saharsa, Bihar.
